Who:  Franchisers, dining establishments and area subscribers with in the restaurant industry.

What: The link between wait times at sit down dining establishments providing the ultimate concierge service and dining experience for business meetings, lunch breaks, dinner with family, special occasions or just that valuable meal time in general.


Why:  The idea is one that will help restaurants identify foot traffic to increase potential sales with capabilities that will target participating dining establishments, help costumers locate time efficient restaurant options and place reservations.This process will deliver increased results and improve bottom lines.

Who is In: My customer reach speaks to restaurant partnerships and demographic area subscribers.Who is out: Outside of my reach are non responsive restaurants and customers who do not dine out.
What is the Need: To eliminate wait times at dining establishments and increase bottom lines.What the Need Is Not: Establishments that do not experience waiting and customers who do not intend on placing any type of reservation.
Why the Need Exists: To provide a cost effective model that will satisfy market trends, increase customer satisfaction and sales volume.Alternative Explanations: The reach can vary based on targeting metrics associated with the demographic data and target market capabilities.
